Q&A
How did you hear about Tower Guard?
I heard about Tower Guard when I was sent an email to apply.
What made you apply to Tower Guard?
I learned about what Tower Guard does and supports through their website and fell in love with their goals and drive to help others. I wanted to be apart of a bigger community that prioritizes the well-being, enjoyment, and inclusion of everyone on campus.
What made you run for your E-Board position? What are you responsible for?
I enjoy running as a hobby and thought it would be fun actually being behind the scenes and learning how to organize such a special event. As a Run Chair, I work with another tower guard member to create a fun, safe, and inclusive 5K run, celebrating St.Patricks day and everyone during our walk, run, and roll event.
What are your goals for TG in the 2025-2026 year?
I hope to meet new people and make strong life long friendships. I wish that we can create a safe and fun 5k run happening in the spring. And I also hope we can raise a fabulous amount of money to donate to the RCPD.

My name is Macie Marshall, and I am so excited to be the Tower Guard 2025-2026 Run Chair! I am majoring in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry on a pre-dental track, with a focus on becoming a periodontist. In my free time, my favorite hobby is training on circus aerial silks, going to the gym, and doing events with my sorority.
Q&A
How did you hear about Tower Guard?
I heard about Tower Guard through an email!
What made you apply to Tower Guard?
I have a learning disability and grew up with a lot of discrimination especially when trying to receive help. When researching Tower Guard’s mission I fell in love with their relationship with the Resource Center of Disabilities, an organization I am actually registered in. I was also drawn in by the idea that Tower Guard is the only organization that has the keys to the Beaumont Tower!
What made you run for your E-Board position? What are you responsible for?
I ran for Run Chair because I enjoy leading teams and creating meaningful projects. I am a Gold Award Girl Scout and have a lot of experience in working on projects that have similar goals to organizing a 5k, leading large teams, and raising money.
What are your goals for TG in the 2025-2026 year?
My goals for the 2025-2026 year are to plan a successful 5K for Tower Guard with the Co-Run Chair and getting to know everyone within this organization.
